Fall 2025 Registration
A 3% surcharge will be added to all payments made by credit/debit card. The surcharge is non-refundable. To avoid the surcharge, you may pay by e-check.
Required Forms Information
You will need to know your Team ID number. Please have this number ready.
After your team is registered and has been accepted you will receive a team ID.
- You must create a Team Manager Account. You create the password (you will need to create a new account for each season).
- Enter players on roster (if you played in a previous season, you have the option to “copy” the roster over) and then make edits if needed.
- All players must be registered with USA Hockey – they will need to know their confirmation number to complete the online waiver.
- USA Hockey https://membership.usahockey.com/
- All players must complete the online NSC Liability waiver https://www.nsceventhq.org/ If you don’t already have an account you will need to create one.
- Log in – under customer tools. – Complete Waiver- You will need to know the team ID.

Team fees paid in full JUNE 1
$50 late fee added June 2
$50 late fee added July 2, then sent to collections
Fall Important Dates:
Rosters and Waivers due by August 21, 2025
League play begins the week of September 7, 2025
Rosters frozen September 17, 2025 – Players missing waivers will be removed from the roster.
Team check-in September 21-24, 2025
Team fees paid in FULL by October 2, 2025
$50 late fee added October 3, 2025
$50 late fee added November 1, then sent to collections

IF NEEDED additional $320 for a set of 20 jerseys
$300.00 deposit required at registration

The NSC will be implementing a late fee charge. Teams not paid in full by the deadline will be charged a $50 late fee for each month past the deadline.
2026
SUMMER SEASON

$300.00 deposit required at registration

FALL SEASON
IF NEEDED additional $320 for a set of 20 jerseys
$300.00 deposit required at registration
Use early bird discount code F25AHL and receive a $150 registration discount on or before July 18, 2025.
Fall registration deadline is August 1, 2025 or until the division is full.
