The Minnesota Wild Adult Hockey League has a few online forms that managers and individuals are required to complete before taking the ice
You will need to know your Team ID number. Please have this number ready.

2024 WINTER TEAM MANAGER
Summer 2024 important dates
Registration deadline April 11, 2024 or until bracket fills
- Rosters Due by May 10
- League play begins the week of May 19
- Rosters Frozen May 30
- Team Check-in Sunday -Tuesday June 2-4
- Team fees paid in FULL by June 20
- $50 late fee will be added June 21, July 21 then sent to collections.
