Required forms for MNWAHL
The Minnesota Wild Adult Hockey League has a few online forms that managers and individuals are required to complete before taking the ice
You will need to know your Team ID number. Please have this number ready.

Fall 2024 Important Dates
- Rosters Frozen September 19 – Players missing waivers will be removed from the roster.
- Team Check-in Sunday-Wednesday September 22-25
- Team fees paid in FULL by October 3
- $50 late fee will be added October 4 & November 1, then sent to collections.
Winter 2025 Important Dates
Registration closes Monday, December 2, 2024 or when division is full.
League begins Sunday, January 5, 2025
- Rosters due Thursday, December 19, 2024
- Rosters frozen Thursday, January 16, 2025
- Team Check-in Sunday, January 19 – Wednesday, January 22, 2025
- Team fees paid in full by Wednesday, January 29, 2025
- $50 Late fee added February 1 & March 1, then sent to Finance for collections and possible forfeiture of play-offs.
